一、 专业简介与方案特色
农学专业设立于2008年,先后入选浙江省基层农技人员定向培养专业(2012)、教育部卓越农林人才教育培养计划试点专业(2014)、浙江省“十三五”特色专业(2016)和浙江省一流本科专业建设点(2019),现为浙江省属本科高校中唯一的农学专业。专业依托浙江省一流学科(B类)作物学发展,拥有包括中国工程院院士在内的一大批高水平师资力量,建有山区农业高效绿色生产协同创新中心等6个省部级平台和14个大学生校外实习基地。农学专业致力于将现代生命科学技术、信息工程技术与传统农业科学相结合,服务浙江省区域经济社会发展和乡村振兴事业。
The major of Agronomy of Zhejiang A&F University was established in 2008. It was selected as the training base for cultivating professional talents of Agronomy for Zhejiang Province in 2012, the Outstanding Reform of Agriculture and Forestry Pilot Program of China's Ministry of Education in 2014 and also constructed as the characteristic specialty during the “13th Five-year Plan” in 2016 and then the First-class undergraduate major in Zhejiang Province in 2019. Now, it is the only Agronomy major among undergraduate universities of Zhejiang Province. Relying on the Top Crop Science Discipline of Zhejiang Province (Class B), the Agronomy major has lots of high-level teachers including one Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, along with six provincial research platforms such as The Collaborative Innovation Center of Agricultural High Efficiency and Green Production in Zhejiang Mountainous Areas and fourteen Off-campus practice bases for College Students. By combining the modern biotechnology, information science and the traditional agricultural science, the Agronomy major dedicates to serve the regional economic development of Zhejiang Province and the rural revitalization.
本方案从浙江省乡村振兴基层人才战略需求出发,以立德树人为根本,深化“三全育人”,将思政教育融入四年的专业课程体系当中;以“新农科”建设为引领,体现产出为导向的OBE教育理念;对标《植物生产类教学质量国家标准》和农林专业认证标准(第三级),明晰专业培养目标和毕业要求;强化了通识教育、逻辑思辨教育、双语教育和本硕贯通教育,促进学生的个性化发展;系统培养学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力,搭建了理论教学、课程实验、专业实习、社会实践、创新创业训练相结合的“一体多翼”式培养架构;强调校地、校企协同育人,实现“课堂教学、生产实践、科学研究与产业引领”相互融合的人才培养模式。
This training program is compiled based on the strategic needs for talents of rural revitalization in grass-root unit of Zhejiang Province. It takes high moral values establishment and people cultivation as thefundamental task, deepens the "San Quan" Education System and integrates the ideological and political education with professional education. The plan is guided by the “New agronomy” construction and embodies the idea of Outcome-Based Education (OBE). It also sticks to the National standard for teaching quality and the agricultural and forestry professional certification (the 3rd level). It clarifies the training objectives and graduation requirements and promotes the personalities, innovation sprits and entrepreneurial consciousness of students through liberal education, logical thinking education, bilingual education and undergraduate-postgraduate joint education system. The learning of theories, practice, experiments and innovative trainings, were integrated to build the “Production, Teaching, Research and Application” mode with local governments and enterprises.
二、 培养目标
本专业旨在培养德智体美劳全面发展的,具备良好科学文化素养和扎实的生物学基础,掌握作物(种子)高效生产、作物新种质创制、农产品生产与利用、农业经营与管理、智慧农业技术等方面的基本理论、基本知识与基本技能,了解学科前沿,具备粮食安全、生态可持续发展、智慧化作物生产和农业物联网理念,能够适应浙江省现代农业区域经济发展所需要的知识体系、综合素质、创新创业精神和产业实践能力,能在农业管理与推广部门、涉农企事业单位、种业公司、科研院校等相关部门从事技术开发、推广应用、经营管理、教学科研等工作的高级复合应用型农业科技人才。
The Agronomy major dedicates to cultivate students with good scientific literacy and solid biological basis, who will master the basic theories, knowledge and skills for efficient crops (seeds) production, new crop germplasm creation, production and utilization of agricultural products, agricultural business and management, as well as modern intelligent agricultural technologies. The students should understand the cutting edge of the disciplines, such as food safety, sustainable development,intelligent crop production and Agricultural Internet of things. With the knowledge, comprehensive qualities, innovation and entrepreneurship spirits and industrial practice abilities required by the modern regional agricultural economic development of Zhejiang Province, the students could be engaged in technique development and application, business and management, teaching and scientific researches in the departments of agricultural management and extension, agricultural enterprises, seed companies, academic institutes and universities.
本专业期待学生毕业后五年左右达到以下目标:1.具有良好的思想品行、职业道德、爱岗敬业精神和三农情怀;2.具有终身学习和自我发展意识,能够不断学习来掌握岗位所需要的理论知识和实践技能,实现个人的综合发展;3.具备较高的团队协作意识和领导能力,能够作为主要成员或领导者在团队组织中发挥积极作用;4.具有创新、创业意识和相关能力,能够理论联系实际,解决行业中遇到的复杂问题。
Five years after graduation, the students of Agronomy major were expected to get the following achievements: 1. Have good ideological conduct, professional ethics, dedication and feelings of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. 2. Have lifelong learning and self-development awareness, can continue to learn to master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required by the post, to achieve personal comprehensive development. 3. Have a high sense of teamwork and leadership, and be able to play an active role in the team organization as a key member or leader. 4. Have the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship and relevant abilities, be able to integrate theory with practice and solve complex problems encountered in the industry.
三、毕业要求
毕业要求1 品德修养:身心健康,具有坚定正确的政治方向、良好的思想品德和健全的人格,热爱祖国,热爱人民,拥护中国共产党的领导,具有国家意识、法制意识和社会责任意识,自觉践行社会主义核心价值观。
毕业要求2 人文素养:掌握一定的政治、经济、哲学等人文社科知识,继承和发扬中华民族优秀传统文化,具有深厚的人文底蕴和科学精神,树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观、处理好“人与人、人与自热、人与社会”的关系。
毕业要求3 三农情怀:通过思政课程和课程思政,充分理解农业文明和乡村文化蕴含的优秀思想,具有“懂农业、爱农村、爱农民”的三农情怀,具有生态文明、可持续发展理念和对应的思政能力素养。
毕业要求4 知识整合能力:掌握正确的学习方法,了解科学发展史,形成科学的世界观和方法论;能够运用数学、物理、化学、生物学等自然科学领域的理论知识和实验技能,对农业领域的有关问题进行分析、判断。
毕业要求5 专业综合能力:熟练掌握作物(种子)高效生产、作物新种质创制、农产品生产与利用、智慧农业生产方面的基本理论、知识和实践技能,了解农业行业和产业发展状况和未来趋势,能够运用所学专业理论对本领域的复杂问题进行系统分析和研究,提出相应的对策和建议,或形成解决方案;能够熟练利用网络和计算机软件,对专业领域的信息、数据进行收集、整理和分析;掌握一门与智慧农业有关的编程语言;掌握农业经济学与管理学的基本知识与方法,具备农产品经营、农技推广与服务、农业项目管理、家庭农场/专业合作社经营和管理的能力;
毕业要求6 审辩思维能力:具有审辩思维能力,能够从多视角发现、辨析、质疑、评价本专业及相关领域的现象和问题,提出创新性的见解或应对措施。
毕业要求7 沟通交流能力:具有较强的沟通表达能力,能够通过口头和书面表达、现代化媒体技术等表达方式与同行及社会公众进行有效沟通;理解和尊重世界不同文化的多样性和差异性,具备跨文化背景的交流合作能力。
毕业要求8 团队协作能力:具有团队协作精神,能够与团队成员和谐相处,协作共事,并作为主要成员或领导者在团队活动中发挥积极作用。
毕业要求9 学习发展意识:具有终身学习和创新创业意识和自我管理、自主学习能力,能够通过不断学习,适应社会需要,实现个人可持续发展。

十二、辅修学士学位修读要求
辅修学士学位修读学分应不低于30学分,其中专业基础课和专业核心课不少于 8 门,毕业设计(论文) 5学分;辅修学士学位应与主修学士学位归属不同的本科专业大类,对没有取得主修学士学位的不得授予辅修学士学位。
